Flight Oaks is the larger of the two accommodation buildings at Lees Wood Scout & Guide Activity Centre, making it an ideal choice for Scout groups, Guide units, youth organisations, schools, and training weekends.

Sleeping Accommodation for Groups of Up to 28

Flight Oaks comfortably sleeps up to 28 people, arranged across:

• Three rooms sleeping 8

• Two rooms sleeping 2

The sleeping quarters are separated from the Main Hall by a corridor, helping reduce noise and allowing for quieter nights.
There are two toilets within the building, with the main site toilets and showers just a few metres away—perfect for larger groups needing extra sinks at bedtime.

Spacious Main Hall for Activities & Dining

The large communal hall offers flexible space for:

• Group meals

• Indoor games

• Workshops and training sessions

• Meetings and social activities

The hall is fully equipped with plenty of tables and chairs, and recent lighting upgrades have transformed the space into a bright, welcoming environment suitable for both daytime activities and evening use.

Fully Equipped Self-Catering Kitchen

Flight Oaks features a separate, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for large-scale self-catering:

• Large six-ring hob

• Double oven

• Tall fridge and freezer

• Pots and pans included*

This setup makes it easy to cater for large groups and ensures there are no hungry campers during your stay.

Outdoor Patio & BBQ Area

At the front of the building, Flight Oaks has its own fenced patio area, complete with:
