Meet The Team
Our Volunteers
Lees Wood is proudly run entirely by a dedicated team of volunteers. From our service crew and activity instructors to our friendly warden team, every person you meet on-site gives their time freely to support young people and help deliver safe, fun, and memorable outdoor experiences.
We’re proud to welcome not only Scouts and Guides, but also other youth and community organisations to enjoy everything Lees Wood has to offer. Our volunteers work hard behind the scenes to maintain the site, deliver activities, and create a welcoming environment that encourages adventure, learning, and teamwork.
At Lees Wood, it’s not just a campsite – it’s a community powered by people who care.
